Recipes: Make the most out of summer's end

Here is a dinner that takes advantage of the last of summer’s bounty. While the fresh corn at the market is getting mealy, it is still great for soup. This simple clam chowder fits the bill. If you still have unripened tomatoes on your plants, as I do, a quick chutney is a great way to use them up. It’ll add zip to any fish dish.
