Recipes: This Thanksgiving, forget the traditional turkey

pannacotta1

Much is made about the traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner; after hours of preparation, you can finally sit around a long communal table surrounded by family and feast on the crowd-friendly dish. But preparing a large turkey can be a bit much if you’re only feeding a handful of people, which is why I’ve turned hours into minutes with a low-commitment, alternative Thanksgiving menu. A refreshing spin on tradition, this eclectic meal will nicely feed a family of four.
