Recipes: A New Year’s Eve show-stopping menu

This New Year’s Eve meal is all about the foods I love.
It’s my pull-out-all-the-stops menu, featuring flavours I crave – leeks, red meat and a chocolate-orange combination for dessert.
I have added to the enjoyment by making sure these recipes are easy – even the billowing soufflé that ends the meal on the stroke of midnight.
Roast rib-eye steaks with whisky-pepper butter
Chocolate souffles with orange cream
