Fresh mangoes with mango gelato

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried chilies
  • 1 pint mango gelato
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened flaked coconut

METHOD

Peel mangoes and cut into large dice.

Combine mango with lime juice, salt and chilies in medium bowl.

Divide onto 4 plates and top with mango or coconut gelato. Sprinkle with coconut.
