- 2 large mangoes
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried chilies
- 1 pint mango gelato
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened flaked coconut
Peel mangoes and cut into large dice.
Combine mango with lime juice, salt and chilies in medium bowl.
Divide onto 4 plates and top with mango or coconut gelato. Sprinkle with coconut.
